WHEN LIFE GETS HEAVY Adult Workshop
Join Chris Guzniczak, LPC from Flower Mound Counseling to learn about how your thoughts can influence feelings and emotions and how to cope when life becomes overwhelming. This workshop is designed for adults. Parents are encouraged to bring teenage children in grades 6-12 to attend the teen program being held earlier in the day at 4:30 p.m.

Effective Communication without conflict
Chris provided a training program for the Christian Caregiving ministry at St Ann. (Stephen Ministry) This training included an overview and practice using communication tools developed by Dr David Burns. The tools include the EAR communication approach and using the five secrets of effective communication technique.
